What We Do — and What It Typically Runs

Fair Questions

Do you charge for diagnostics?

The diagnostic fee is $125, quoted up front — and it's credited to the repair if you go ahead. What you never get is a mystery line item after the fact.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Parts and labor, 3 years or 36,000 miles, honored at thousands of shops nationwide through our parts-warranty network — including towing and rental coverage on qualifying repairs. Your dealership's is usually 12 months / 12,000 miles. We'll put ours in writing on the invoice.

Can I get a loaner or a ride?

Free loaner cars by reservation, and a shuttle within the metro for drop-offs before 9am. There's also an after-hours key drop for early birds and night owls.

Do you work on hybrids and EVs?

Hybrids, yes — brakes, suspension, maintenance and hybrid-battery health checks. Full EV drivetrain work we'll refer honestly, because pretending otherwise is how shops end up on the news.
