Check engine light on the way to work. They got me in same day, texted a photo of the failed coil with the price, and I approved it from my desk in Urbandale. Picked it up at 5. That's how this should work everywhere.
Fair price, done when promised. Second car we've brought here.
The dealership quoted us $2,900 for brakes and rotors all around plus a 'needed' flush package. Beaverdale texted photos of the actual pads — rears had half their life left — and did the fronts for a third of that. They earned every car this family owns, including the kid's Civic at college.
Busy shop — took two days to get a slot for a non-urgent alignment. Work itself was spot on and the steering wheel is finally straight. Just plan ahead a little.

Wheel bearing was howling on I-235. They found it in twenty minutes, showed me the play in the wheel on the lift, and had me back on the road by lunch. Loaner car meant I never missed a meeting.
Been coming since Gene ran the counter. Matt runs it the same way — the estimate is the bill, the coffee is bad, and the work is right the first time. Wouldn't change a thing. Well. Maybe the coffee.

Gene opened the doors in 1994 with one bay and a rule: the estimate is the bill. His son Matt — ASE Master Tech, started sweeping these floors at twelve — runs it the same way today, with Hector on the transmissions, Carrie on the phones, and Tiny on everything heavy.
